Overview

Unlike many push notification solutions, LaborPower supports the ability to send notifications to a single user, all users, or any sub-group of users defined by the local. This ability is very flexible and can use nearly any data in LaborPower to determine the list of recipients.

For your users to receive push notifications, they must install the LaborPower Mobile application on their iPhone or Android phone and agree to receive push notifications when they run the application for the first time.

If you have a LaborPower web portal for your members, their ability to receive push notifications will be recorded in LaborPower when they set up their mobile app. If you do not have a LaborPower web portal, you will need to approve a user's request to receive push notifications from your local.
